TRACK 3 Coaching TEAM

A LEADER IS ALWAYS GROWING

If you desire to grow as a leader, you must learn to become aware of what you need. While in session, I will ask you often, WHAT DO YOU NEED?

To be our most authentic self, we must learn how to attune to ourselves and our needs. As we pay attention, we assess what these needs specifically are. Then, we take steps to ask those on our team to help meet these needs. And finally, we seek to intentionally receive (acquire) what others offer us.

In the Fall of 2022, I recognized a need for more Growth Coaches who believe in the Track 3 Model of development. I have asked these professional coaches to help me meet the needs of others, like yourself, in order to promote your growth.

Let me introduce you to Rachael, Ben, and Rochelle. I am honored to have them us trusted and trained members of the Track 3 Coaching Team.
